Anita Ribout 200H R.Y.T.

Thanks to yoga and meditation I continue to learn how to get out of my own way! Plagued with ‘negative self-talk’ for most of my life, yoga and meditation free me from the ‘negative untruths’ and have created space for ‘positivity and peace.’ I am grateful to my sweet friend in Canada for getting my stubborn butt to my first yoga class in 2010 where the journey into wellness and healing began. Finding inner strength to battle self doubt and uncertainty help build a personal sense of resiliency, but we are not meant to journey through this life alone. My classes provide a supportive environment for students to feel their own personal power and strength while having some fun, sharing smiles, and most of all remembering to ‘play’ in their yoga practice while exploring their edge. I studied under Kimberly Payne and completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in October 2016 from Gathering Tree Yoga.
